Cookstown Outlet Mall is a one level shopping centre and is completely wheelchair accessible with reserved parking at most mall entrances. While you visit you are welcome to use our complimentary wheelchairs. This service is a first come first serve basis. Please register at the Lottery Kiosk located near the north mall entrance. Government photo identification is required. |

Public washrooms are located by the north and south mall entrances. The family washroom is located near the Food Court. All of the washrooms are wheelchair accessible and provide baby changing stations. |

Picnic Areas & Play Structures
Throughout the summer enjoy the fresh air, have a bite to eat and thake a break at our outdoor picnic areas located around the exterior of the mall. Kids can stretch their legs, run around and explore our play structures. |
